I am doing Native Gel electrophoresis for quite some time and have been using own made protein standards to get an idea about the size of my target proteins. These markers are unstained and cannot be visualised well while the gel is running. I tried to look for comercialy available prestained native markers but could not find one. Can anyone suggest something in this regard.

To the best of my knowledge, pre stained markers for native PAGE are not available. However, you may want to consider Blue Native PAGE.
Unfortunately, there is no prestained high molecular weight marker for native PAGE to my knowledge, though the marker which I use is slightly pink. To monitor the front during hrCN PAGE I just add Ponceau S (50 % glycerol in 0,1% Ponceau S) to my samples
Prestained markers contain SDS and reducing agents and are therefore not compatible with native gels.
