Am trying to run an ADCC experiment using human NK (NK-92 and primary) cells and a phagocytosis assay with human macrophages (THP-1 and primary). However my antibodies against my surface antigens are rabbit and mouse. Are there human IgG1 versions of anti mouse/rabbit antibodies that could be used for ADCC experiments?
There is a certain level of cross-reactivity between mouse and human FcR-IgG.
(Not all combinations work and different affinities have to be considered)

Hi Edwin, have you found these antibodies ? If I understand correctly, you would like to enhance the ADCC of the mouse antibodies ?
