Im looking for beads that are capable of binding exosomes to their surface that express a specific marker. I was curious if anyone knows if there is such a thing out there currently or if they have bought beads and done the synthesis them self to have this capability? for example, a bead that would only bind exosomes expressing CD9 but not 81.
