Are there any tricks to getting 16HBE cells to polarize quickly in a permeable support?

I am trying to get my cells to polarize as quickly as possible after transfection so i can measure differences in current via Ussing chamber. What density do you seed a 6.5mm filter? What coating do you use? Air/liquid or liquid/liquid? Any insight would be appreciated.
