There is a complete genome sequence of rice. You can down list of all annotated genes for a given physical interval (in your case 10mb QTL region) from RAP or MSU database. You have to then manually prepare the list of defense related genes (based on annotation and previous studies) with its physical position. Then, you can plot this information using R packages like karyoploteR. If you don't use R, there should be several online tool available in the Internet. But, I am not sure about any statistical approach to describe a distribution of genes in QTL.
