I have my own data but I am looking for a standard benchmark. Ideally each spectrum would have a matching low noise, high resolution spectrum recorded with more transients or increments in the indirect dimension (NMR) or increased k-space sampling (MRI).
Well, it depends on what is it exactly you want to benchmark. For example, Wine NMR dataset (http://www.models.life.ku.dk/Wine_NMR) is famously used for alignment and binning benchmarks, because different pHs of wines cause peaks to be misaligned. For multivariate analysis, I would use Coffees dataset (http://bionmr.unl.edu/mvapack.php).
