What are your recommendations in optimizing p53 IHC using Leica Biosystems for the detection of TP53 mutation in endometrial carcinomas?

I will be conducting a study on p53 IHC optimization for Endometrial Ca with subsequent TP53 mutational analysis here in our institution. We will be using RTU antibody (DO-7) but with Leica biosystems as our platform since it is the only one available.
