Are there any protocols for adhesion of cells onto EM grids form cryo ET studies?

Hello,

I would like to inquire about any leads for protocols for adhesion of HeLa and primary neuronal cell lines. I have come across some methods which use gold grids by coating poly D lysine of mouse laminin but, the publications don't specify any protocols abut he process.

Please share your thoughts on this subject.
