Dear all,
I am trying to find a marker for human cell sorting. Any information will be helpful. I prefer not use GFP if possible.
Thank you.

You can check red fluorescent protein (RFP). RFP can be excited by laser line at 488 nm or 532 nm and can be detected at 588 nm.
or you can use some cell surface antigens such as thy1.1, CD2 ect.
anti-HLA antibodies might do it also or Cherry fluorescent protein
