I think it is next to impossible to remove PAH and yet use the crumbs. Some time back in 2014 some members of RG had published the health hazards to athletes, of these PAHs when the crumbs are used in artificial turf, but did not mention its removal.

PAHS are slightly volatile, thus long-time conditioning at elevated temperatures maybe also with underpressure could be useful.
