Some of my colluges have suggested doing cell ratios as a first option. But I'm sure there has to be a more accurate method to quantify the cells that are stained. Please help. Thank you!

We are routinely counting the number of cells stained with SA-B-gal, then we count the percentage of cells positive for SA-B-gal, according to number of all cells. We do photos from light microscope, to have at least 100 cells for each analized condition.
