Are there any existing open source tools or packages for single cell DNA sequencing analysis?

I have a batch of data for single-cell DNA sequences and I am aiming to perform an analysis of the data. Are there any existing open source packages for this mainly in R or Python?

. Though, the tool you have mentioned is for scRNA, not scDNA. I am explicitly looking for some options related to scDNA seq analysis.
