Are there any european suppliers of transgenic mice (BigBlue or Mutamouse) for in vivo genotoxicity assays?

Transgenic mice carrying lacZ or lacI loci are recommended as preferred in vivo models for genotoxicity studies. However, in a number of papers usign these animals commercial suppliers are not mentioned. Neither Jackson nor Charles River do not offer them. Do you know from where one can get them for basic research purposes? Thank you in advance for hints.
