I want to work on in-vitro studies of a diabetic model. Is it possible? Any cell lines available?
Hi Arbind,
I have one paper with me that details about the cell lines from various species for diabetic studies. Hope this helps you.
Good Luck.
with regards , thanks a lot, its really helpful.
Hi... MIN6 is the best cell line to work in diabetic models. Next to that INS-1E is the another best cell line since it is more sensitive to glucose than other cell lines. INS-1E is the modified cells of INS-1.
thanks with regards
