I use NIH:OVCAR-3 cells for CA125 detection. I now need CA125-negative cells for control comparison. It's been reported that most of the cancer cells do over-express the CA125. Any suggestions in this regard are appreciated.

Usually CA125 is negative for patients with mucinous ovarian cancer.

Haven't heard about this before. Thanks for mentioning.
Any commercial Mucinous ovarian cancer cells available? Couldn't find one in a brief search.
