Hi everyone!

In our lab, we use RNeasy Qiacube HT kits to extract RNA because our samples are in RLT buffer (the buffer from those kits). However, each kit only brings five 96 well RNA binding plates. As such, we are accumulating buffers like crazy and the problem is that Qiagen doesn't sell these plates separately from the kit (so, every time we need new plates we end up with more buffers).

Given this situation, I was wondering if anyone knows of other plates (from other suppliers) that can substitute the RNeasy 96 plates. These plates should be compatible with the Qiacube and with the lysis buffer we use.

I've read that the NucleoSpin 96 well plates by Macherey Nagel are compatible but when I looked to their design they seem a bit different from the RNeasy plates which makes me wonder if they are suitable for Qiacube use.

Any suggestions?
