I am aware of the NEB peptide phage display library, but that does not produce antibodies. Are there any antibody-producing phage libraries commercially available, or perhaps antibody-producing phage libraries prepared in a university lab, that a researcher would be willing to share?
Hi Steve, it is possible to buy commercially available phage display-adapted antibody libraries.
You can buy immune antibody libraries in scFv, Fab, or VHH format (no species restriction except humans) from ProteoGenix. Alternative you can use our naïve high-diversity antibody libraries (human, rabbit, or alpaca) to screen for suitable antibodies using an antigen of your choosing.
If you need to optimize specific properties of an antibody, we can also engineer your molecules by producing mutant libraries and screening for mutants with enhanced properties using phage display.
