Dear all,
I have been trying to build glycans computationally by myself, and this question just came to my mind. Suppose this glycoprotein has both O-linked and N-linked glycosylation, and we will only focus on the O-linked one. Given that we have identified a glycan on one Thr residue, can we infer and say another important Thr (already know it has O-linked glycan) would have a 100% identical glycan? (i.e. same core of glycan)
Thank you in advance and wish you a happy new year! :)
