I would like to ask the following points:

1. Should I use Thermodynamic Model or Hydrodynamic Model for SHE simulation?

2.Is the Drift-Diffusion Model used without considering SHE?

3. May I ask what physical quantities or effects need to be set in the Physics or Thermomode?

In addition, I found that when using the Hydrodynamic Model, the driving current it exhibits is much higher than the value of the drift-diffusion Model. Normally, considering the scattering effect caused by temperature, shouldn't the driving current be relatively low?
