Thank you Cindy. The motivation for my question stems from a number of instances reported in the mass media in which religious leaders have been involved in issues dealing with sexual harassment. According to the media reports, their intervention was amateurish and rather than contributing to the alleviation of the problem, they exacerbated the issues and caused more damage than good. Thus  it is important to empirically examine whether  religious leaders dealing with sensitive problems, such as  sexual harassment, have the necessary academic and professional knowledge of pastoral psychology or pastoral social work that will go a long way to ensuring that their contribution will be constructive rather than destructive.

As Cindy has said more is better but at the same time here, one should be cautious while including new people in the move, lest they prove to be regressive because as somebody has said, all the religions of the world are based on womens exploitation. So discrimination is very likely to be set in their minds.
