Are nanoparticles of protein aggregation formulated under organic solvent irreversibly denatured?

I formulated pure bovine serum albumin nanoparticle through desolvation method in ethanol. It seems like it turns clear after I add little bit of water after protein aggregations are dispersed in mixed solution of ethanol and water. However, After ultracentrifugating the product, I realized proteins don't dissolve in water anymore. Would these BSAs never dissolve in water? If it is possible how long does it take to fully dissolve in water??
