I'm trying to rule out the cause of some blockages I see when I run my microfluidics experiments.
Everything that flows through my microfluidic channels is filtered (0.22mm membrane) and checked beforehand, so that can be ruled out. Intake tubings to the channels are sealed while idling so dust won't get in. I am using PDMS, but the debris appears to be fibrous in nature which makes it hard to suspect the PDMS.
It occurs to me that Kimwipes, which I use for cleaning over other tissues/paper towels, are advertised as lint-free but does anyone actually have any data that proves this or otherwise?
