Did a literature search and was surprised to find a large variety of results, but then I realized they may not all have been dissociated and prepped for sorting.
So, if I've taken a sample of cardiomyocytes and done the relevant dissociation and staining steps to prep them for flow cytometry analysis, what size can I expect them to be? The plan is to pass them through microfluidic channels and I don't want them to get stuck.
