I am writing to inquire if anyone could help me to clarify these question.

After revising different updated databases and european regulation, I have clear that nowadays there are no microorganisms genetically modified authorised to use in foods in Europe

However, I have no idea if enzymes produced from not authorised genetically modified microorganisms are authorized to use in foods in europe.

And these food products do not need labelled as GMO.
