Is there a way to determine the organization's effectiveness when leadership behaviors and professional development are interrelated?Which among the leadership behaviors, and professional development of school heads singly or in combination predict the organizational effectiveness?
It is always been a practice that administrators take turn to manage the school two to three years only and they will be in another station.
In their coming,they brought with them their plans to be implemented in their time. Since our school administrators have different styles ad approaches in their leadership and professional development, they need to have a transparent ways to evaluate actions and at the same time they must build a good and open communication line to make a good and healthy school environment.
They must have to build a credible line of trust to all. Involve stakeholders, teachers, learners and school donors in all the programs of the school. Always connect to each other .He must have the skills to appreciate the performance of each workers and maintain the integrity of their being.
I think ,if this happens in all learning institution or in any company maybe, the workers will remain loyal ,stakeholders will be of full support .They will stay focus in their tasks. With that the institution will grow and will have an atmosphere of excellence all the way.
Might be we shall go through organisational citizenship behaviour of the head and there are different dimension of OCB.

Yes, based on my observation there are school heads who are very soft hearted to teachers and because of that they lead teachers to become better and create a very friendly school environment where everyone is treated equally. There are some also who are very bossy, where teachers fell exhausted and overworked, tired and drained due that behavior. Because of this organizations effectiveness rely on how the leader of the school,leads his/her teams to become effective and the way he leads his/her team is based on his/her professional development.
