Are aqueous solutions of n-acetylcysteine (NAC) stable when stored at 2-8°C?

I need to conduct an experiment of solubility (for 28 days) of a polymer composite that contains NAC in the formulation. After this period I will evaluat the NAC liberated content by cromatography, now, I don't find the stability information of NAC aqueos solution on literature.

The experiment will be with water and PBS buffer as imersion medias.
