Every day we are receiving "call-for-papers" spam from new journals with anonymous editors. It seems a predatory metastasis from a new cancer invading scientific community. I think that those journals the editor of which cannot be identified accurately, must be ignored. If somebody wants to publish any manuscript easily, that is, without severe selecting filter, either RG or UNAIS can be a free honest solution.
For me - I would not answer such calls - especially as we are required by the university to go for A and A* with occasional B journals in line with the ABDC list http://www.abdc.edu.au/journalreview.html
So, in order not to waiste time!

It is one more symptom of 'money hunting process': Since publishing has become a profitable work, it attracts more and more potential publishers. There is also a question about changing the anonymous peer - review system, so imagine an anonymous editor system! It would be awful, so just delete asap the mail.
I've also met journals "call for papers" but we have not given due importance. I know there are many people willing to research and they just want to have articles in journals. I noticed this quite often from people in India, Southeast Asia, but also from people who only want to publish an article everywhere.
Many journals are like a ghost and are not saying from the beginning that it is about a fee. After you send the article, they will tell you that you must send a certain amount of money.
When, four months ago, I received an email like this I immediately looked for more information and I found that there are numerous journals "fake" in that publish these articles "ghost". Look here:

Definitely, they are predatory journal. It is good to block those email Id's and report as spam to avoid hitting the inbox repeatedly. The list of predatory journal is not available in the link shared by @Yusuf Akhter.
