Whenever data excluding Height profile, WSxM can't read the other parameters. Like if you measure KPFM then you are getting potential retrace. When I'm opening that potential image in WSxM then the unit it is showing as Arbitrary Unit as a.u. also the values in the range bar are also different. Is there any suggestions to resolve the issue?
I don't know the WSxM software, but you could try opening your data with Gwyddion (http://gwyddion.net/download.php). It's a free SPM software, maybe that solves your problem. And have you checked if the values are fine by looking at the raw data, e.g., with a text editor? Maybe there is already a problem during the saving process.

What AFM are you using?. In principle WsXM should be able to import virtually most of the AFM files.
I'm using MFP_3D system of Asylum Research by OXFORD Instruments. For height information WsXM works fine.
