As long as the two antibodies are applied in similar conditions (e.g., in PBST), you may mix them.

I usually stain with Apotracker after staining with antibodies. Although, as mentionned previously, if the stain buffer is the same, antiibodies and Apotracker can be done at the same time.

Thank you very much both of you for your answers. I have put Apotracker green with the antibody mix and incubated for 30 min at 4°C and had no issue.
