I could not understand your question. Did you mean a data bank which stores and retrieve data about tissues and DNA results? So, NCBI. DDBJ, LOVD etc are the databanks which provide those facilities.

If you want to store and analyse your DNA and tissue samples, then you need to contact some research groups across the globe

What I am actually asking is, that in Pakistan specially in KP where I belong, do you have, (particularly the group related to the study of human molecular genetics), any facility with -80 degree refrigerator, where the collected blood and tissues from the patients with congenital diseases can be stored, for further analysis.

For further analysis I mean NGS or WES, which is usually performed outside Pak. Tissue microtomy can be done locally, but again for certain IF staining and studies the tissue will required to be preserved (cryopreservation).
