Any strategy to cut BAC insert into smaller fragments so that I can sequence the fragments using Sanger sequencer (3130x/Genetic Analyzer)? I would be happy to know reagents required.
Try different restriction endonucleases.
Rather than using sequence alignment data, I wanted to have phylogenetic tree from distance matrix and bootstrap as part of statistical analysis. Anyone to tell me how to execute this analysis?
