Why would you care? Polymorphism information content is probably not relevant to your work. If you really want the statistic calculated, I have software running that will do it.

did you try with power marker software? You can check this paper. If you need any help, please let me know.

As suggested by Ali Raza, I also use Power Marker which calculates PIC, but you may have trouble getting that to run, as I believe it is no longer updated. I have it running on a old stand-alone pc.
