I am a beginner in R language and I want to analyze metabolomics data with R. Recently I found an R package "muma" which is for metabolomics data analysis but I don't know how to use that package. Anyone know that muma package? Or do you have that script?

. I've written small R scripts based on the examples outlined in there. Hope this helps.
