For RietveId refinement I use BGMN with the Profex interface, it can be downloaded from here: http://profex.doebelin.org/
Are you trying to identify your phases or quantify them? Rietveld refinement is used for quantification, after you identified the minerals that contribute to your XRD pattern. There are programs to assist mineral identification as well, for instance: Match! is a commercial program (with 1 month free trial) that can be downloaded from here: http://www.crystalimpact.com/match/
or the University of Bari maintains a free search match program and mineral database that you can download from here: www.ba.ic.cnr.it/content/qualx
