I haven't used them before and was wondering if the RNA and DNA protein yields have been roughly equivalent to those obtained from single prep isolation (eg 5''s DNA extraction or Qiagen's RNease, Millipore's protein extraction kit, etc) in the hands of other labs. I will be working with human leukocytes.
