Hello! I am trying to start a new experiment using 68Ga and 177Lu labeled peptides on LnCaP and PC-3 cells to find out the binding, internalization and uptake values. First of all, the terms are used mixed in the articles and I couldn't completely understand the difference between them.
Also I couldn't find a reliable protocol for the experiments, if you could help me find one I would really appreciate.
