I need physical properties of the following silicone oils:
3, 5, 10, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 centistokes (cSt).
Especially needed is the temperature coefficient of the surface tension (dependence of the surface tension on temperature).

i dont know these silicone oils, but http://www.cargille.com/ sells a lot of immersion oils and so offers a lot of information about there oils.
May be these silicon oils you are looking for are included.

What I am usually using is the datasheet of Bluestar which is quite complete. However the question of the variation of surface tension with temperature is not well adressed. As far as I know the coefficient d \gamma / dT is quite constant and independent of the viscosity. It is around 0.05 mJ/m^2 K as mentioned in the paper of Hardy or in the paper of Savino et al.

Found this paper in Russian (attached). They report the temp. coefficient to somewhat depend on the viscocity:

PMS-5: -0,066
PMS-20: -0,061
PMS-50: -0,052
All the rest properties are in agreement with your datasheet.
