New Brunswick instruments, especially shaker-incubators and bioreactors, were excellent machines earlier untill all company production was manufactured in Germany and US. I had 4 pieces of shakers and big platform shaker-incubators in laboratory, no one ever got broken.
Galaxy 170S is without platform, so what can theoretically be broken is only electronics (processor) and gas meter valve (control) - easily replacing spare parts. It is standard economy class CO2 incubator, nothing exclusive and special, so I think it should be stable in work. Only remember that after merging with Eppendorf manufacturing policy might change to the latter producer. Eppendorf makes its stuff in Taiwan and China, so last years I do not buy their centrifuges anymore. German ones are better in quality and almost two times less expensive.
