Hi,
So I encapsulated some oil. Any suggestions to check the oil oxidative stability besides extracting it (via soxhlet) and run peroxide test?
There's very little encapsulated oil (around 1.0% loading).Dont think its feasible to extract it via soxhlet (will need tons of powder just to get few grams of oil)
But I should test for oxidative stability before and after encapsulation. Anyone has any idea?

I worked with encapsulated oil and did not evaluate its oxidative stability, but this antioxidant potential by radical sequestration method ABTS (Re et al. 1999) and DPPH radical (Sanchez-Moreno 1998).
