The course does not include neuropathology or treatment. Our previous instructor used Haines, Fundamental Neuroscience for Basic and Clinical Applications. I find this too technical/dense, too oriented toward the anatomy, and not focused enough on systems. I would also love to see one that integrated info on the neuroscience with functional testing of neural systems. Another plus would be good electronic resources like 3D images of the anatomy, test questions, figures for use in slides, and/or slides of the material.

Neurological Physiotherapy by Susan Edwards would be more practical for physiotherapist.
Neurology and Neurosurgery Illustrated by Ian Bone and Kenneth W Lindsay can provide very rich and interesting backgroud information in the neurological field.

I'd recommend as one text Neuroanatomy through Clinical Cases publisher is Sinauer. They also put out a great Neuroscience text. The Lundy Eckman book is good but a little light on both the Neurosci and neuroantomy. But good for clinical correlations so I have them get both Lundy Eckman and the Cases book.
You can go through Ian Bone book for neuro studies.

Another professor at my university recently recommended Blumenfeld's Neuroanatomy through Clinical Cases. I haven't tried it yet, but it seems promising.
