this one is easy, you can have one ai listen to your customer whilst you ask the customer questions on business needs. Then you can have another one summarize the business needs. You validate them with the customer and then you have another ai build you the process flows, exemptions, mitigation flows,etc. overcoming the human agent interventions will be more difficult, as there are some soft aspects to this, but on the whole this could be modeled as a zapper workflow or an RPA flow without human intervention.
