Any one please give the idea about the NIST sp 800-22 test of image for check the randomness of bits in encrypted image ?

I have to find the randomness of encrypted image using NIST SP800-22 with(sequence 100 with each 1000000 bits or any number) but there are no such sufficient number bits then when running the program insufficient number of bit error message has occurred then pls there is any ways to test 15 different randomness tests of image using NIST analysis?
