Any one experience to load mRNA in iMSC derived exosomes/EVs, through electroporation?

Hello Everyone,

I want an exosome mediated delivery of mRNA, for that exosome loading is required through electroporation. I searched a lot for an optimized protocol for electroporation of mRNA but I did not find any study about mRNA loading in exosomes/EVs. In most of the studies siRNA, shRNA or miRNA were used. If anyone have any idea or experience about mRNA loading in exosomes via electroporation. please share.

Note:

Instrument: electroporation Biorad Gene Pulser Xcell Electroporation System or Lonza Neucleofection System could be used.

Exosmes: 70 - 150 nm in size

mRNA: approximately 900bp
