I have several paraffin embedded draining lymph nodes from macaques vaccinated with HIV-1 SOSIP timers. I'd like to stain these tissues with a primary mouse anti-gp120 followed by a fluorescent anti-mouse secondary. This seemed simple enough, but it has been difficult tracking down a mouse antibody that I can be relatively certain will bind to SOSIP trimers. Any help to narrow down my search is appreciated.
