Try cryogenic grinding for sticky pellets. Cool the pellets down with liquid nitrogen before/whilst grinding/milling. There are machines available for this (eg Retsch cryomil, Spex Freezer/mill etc) or just DIY using strong mortar/pestle or home-made ballmill.
