I was an user of an exciting software called CODDLE (Codons Optimized to Discover Deleterious Lesions). In the last years, it was located at this link:

Unfortunately, in the last few weeks the link is not working anymore, and I am unable to find a new one.

I really appreciate if any of you can share a new link or way to use CODDLE or...

... a new software to do the same.

Specifically, I am interested in finding the regions more likely to be deleterious after a EMS treatment (mutagenesis) in plant species.
