Ulcerative wart-like structures were observed at the tip of the prepuce of 3.5y male camel  associated with inflammation and edema. Histopathology revealed fragments of polypoid partly ulcerated skin with actively inflamed verrucas wart. No clear cut-evidence of malignancy is present.

Does anyone have any suggestions or can advise on this case?
