In my opinion it is not feasible to use mouse anti-human antibodies for mouse cells or mouse tissue. But I am not an expert in immunology and I saw publications where people used mouse anti-human antibodies against mouse cells and got results. Could please someone who knows immunology very well explain to me if I am right that this might have been heavy and light chain what they have obtained or if it could have been proper results?

If the murine anti-human antibody is cross-reactive with the mouse target: No problemo. However, such antibodies are quite hard to generate by immunisation of mice because of the self-tolerance of the immunsystem. Hope that helps (schick am 'ne email mit deinen kontaktdaten an [email protected].)
