I have generated mutations in the GRB10 gene and have yet to find a commercial antibody that works on pig tissues in order to verify my mutational efficiency. I have a mouse and human Ab that work on control tissues, yet not on similar tissues from the pig. Any help would be appreciated.
Porcine GRB10 adapter protein I would suggest you try Abcam Anti-GRB10 antibody (ab154029).Abcam have several but this one is the most used and recommended. Its a polyclonal that works on IHC & Western. Its a Rabbit anti Human & mouse however porcine tissue as a substrate is very 'clean' ie there is little non specific background staining. As its a Rabbit polyclonal you may have to titrate it up well beyond the recommended dilution to get satisfactory results.

Have you had success with this Ab on pancreas or liver tissue from the pig in IHC or WB? Or any samples for protein?
