As a control in my MAPK western blots I routinely use the anti-Fus3 antibody from Santa Cruz (SC-6772; YN-19SC), but recently learned that it has been discontinued from the catalogue. The same is the case for the polyclonal anti-Slt2 antibody. I would like to ask if 1) you know some alternative company to buy it, because until know I didn’t find it and 2) you have this antibody in your lab and since you don’t use it you would like to sell it or change by another lab material.

You are right. There seems to be no other Fus-3 antibody on the market. However, you are not the only one with these problems after Santa Cruz closed its polyclonal antibody activities: "Santa Cruz Biotechnology has had issues with the USDA for a number of years due to allegations of Animal Welfare Act violations. In May 2016, the company settled with the USDA, paying a $3.5 million fine for its alleged violations and agreed to the revocation of its polyclonal antibody dealer license effective December 31, 2016."
Please consider that this could have happened to any time with any antibody manufacturer since polyclonal antibodies are available in limited amounts only.
If you really need the antibodies, you may produce them yourself or in collaboration with a manufacturer.
